Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer support team with your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Once we have confirmed your eligibility for an exchange, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized items or marked items, as specified in the product description. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of the purchase date with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for exchange or refund unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, Poseidon’s Cameraman will cover the return shipping costs.


We reserve the right to deny an exchange or refund request if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 15 days after the purchase date is not eligible for exchange or refund.
